Lindsay Partin

Lindsay Partin was with Hannah Wesche for a matter of seconds or minutes on March 8, 2018, before she collapsed.

The child’s father, Jason Wesche, who dropped her off that morning, could have caused her injury, or it could have been a fall.

In an appeal filed October 2019 Linday’s appellate attorney Neal Schuett said the state should have disclosed to the defense that Jason had a friend staying at his home on March 7, 2018, and that he “lied to investigators that he did not go to Walmart with Hannah to get milk on March 7, 2018, and that he lied to investigators for over a year.

  2. I think that anyone who actually watched every minute of this trial would have serious reasonable doubts about her guilt. I’m disgusted with the tactics the detectives used on her, including downright lying on more than one occasion. Her defense attorneys also were horrible. Especially that wretched female defense attorney who screamed at everyone including her own client. She did NOT help her one damn bit! A new trial is in order. I don’t know how people sleep at night after sending this woman to prison.

  3. The father clearly has something to hide or he wouldn’t have lied about his whereabouts or who stayed at his house the night before she died. He even stated during the trial that the morning he dropped her off was different than other mornings bc Hannah kept repeatedly saying she wanted a kiss goodbye. This could’ve been an indication of the possible brain damage she suffered that morning or the previous night, whether from her own father or his overnight guest.

The dad stated Hannah never complained or even mentioned that Lindsay had hit or abused her any way. He even stated he thought Lindsay would never hurt his daughter. If something did happen to Hannah under Lindsay’s care, it was probably an accident & she made a dumb decision to try & cover it up bc she didn’t want anyone to think she was abusive or at fault.

I suspect the father uses drugs daily & is a drug addict and/or alcoholic. He said during the trial that he lied to investigators about his whereabouts the nite before she died bc he was distraught & wondering how he was going to tell Hannah’s sisters that she wasn’t gonna wake up and she was going to die. How could he have assumed she was going to die if he had no idea what was going on, or what was even wrong with her and was questioned shortly after the incident took place? He must have known she wasn’t going to be ok bc he was the one who caused the massive brain trauma. I find his lies & actions after thr incident more suspicious than her made up confession to the police. I think her confession was a result of police interrogation tactics that have worked time & time again. If they hammer down someone long enough & drill the same questions into your head you’ll eventually crack bc you just want it to stop. Police have refused ppl water, food, sleep, rest, etc to get a false confession. I think this tactic is torturous, barbaric & it should be illegal.

I also find it odd that they didn’t investigate the father & his friend, especially since she was with them the previous afternoon, evening, night & morning before she collapsed. Especially considering the fact that she was acting strangely the morning before he dropped her off at the sitter’s. Something happened to her the previous night or earlier that morning in her father’s care & he went about his day per usual, so he could place the blame on someone else & feign innocence. Why would he lie about where he was the night before or who had stayed at his house? The truth is easy tell if it’s really the truth. I think he was trying to obtain drugs that nite & drinking, or using drugs/alcohol & not properly caring for his child while hanging out with his friend. Who was this friend? What kind of person was he? This girl had no criminal record, not even a parking ticket. Something doesn’t sit right with me. I hope someone can uncover what really happened to that little girl bc I truly believe her father was abusing her or had abused her or had beat her that morning or the previous night, which resulted in severe injury & so he tried to blame someone else.

    1. I agree, there are too many discrepancies to have reach the verdict beyond reasonable doubt. They zeroed in on Lindsey and that was it. I suspect she was frightened and brow beat by the detectives never dreaming they’d take this ‘confession’ and run with it. I am not convinced of her guilt or innocence and I think this is another example of tunnel vision. Dad and his buddy certainly should have been investigated deeply. Did dad not question the bruises Hannah had prior to the day she collapsed? I am aware lie detector tests are not admissible in court but one might think they’d have been given to both Lindsey and Hannah’s father. I do hope this is not a forgotten case and some good attorneys take an interest in finding the truth beyond any doubt.

  4. you’re disgusting. All of you. This woman i openly in court whilst smiling agreed she had punched Hannah with a closed fist under the chin more than once, had squeezed her round the middle, had whacked her across the head, had slapped her hard across the face, had poked her. on and on. And when questioned if she thought it was right to hit a child in those ways she said yes, Five times whilst smiling she replied yes. And you’re defending that? Lets not forget her husband TJ was arrested in 2019 after she was in prison for allegedly raping a child under the age of 10. This is the lovely family you are defending. Disgusting.

  5. The Defence made an effort to instil reasonable doubt by throwing Jason under the bus, there are gaps or inconsistencies because like they said themselves, he was never formerly interviewed. They had the opportunity to ask those questions but didn’t bother (the gaps suited them better for their Defence). They didn’t succeed because Lindsay not only admitted to hitting, slapping, shaking Hannah, she gave demonstrations and confirmed she didn’t think there was anything wrong with that. She lied about when she did the google searches and she deleted the ones that didn’t tie in with the story she was telling. The medical evidence is all consistent in that an injury of that nature would cause immediate effects and the only medical expert to counter that was the Defence’s who admitted he’d not read the medical notes or properly researched the case before providing his opinion. There is no doubt.

  6. This bitter woman is guilty AF. I’m glad she cares about what god thinks about her because she is on a one way train to hell.
Whatever is left of her after gen. Pop in woman’s corrections does with her. Not much difference in prisononer protocol of male inmates do to child predators to what femail inmated do to baby killers.

I pray to god that no innocence projects spend a dime on this individual.
Since real justice was not done in the court room. It likely will be served behind bars.
